Back in 2015, my grandmother, a cousin and I spent a few days in the French Basque Country, one of the most beautiful regions in my home country.
Our first stop was in Biarritz. The city is famous for its beach and casinos, its annual Surf Festival, St-Martin's Church, and the Museum of Chocolate. The Rock of the Blessed Virgin is another landmark; it commemorates the miraculous return of whalers after a terrible storm.
