118 Dakota Street (iPhone photo)
Artwork by Fred Thomas and Graffiti Arts Programming (2011)
Joanathan Toews of the Chicago Blackhawks is a beloved Winnipegger.
The mural was stored for three years until the hockey player won the Stanley Cup with his team in 2014. When he brought the cup to the city, the piece was honored in his presence. You can see it at the entrance of the Jonathan Toews Community Centre.
I did not have my camera with me, so I took the photo with my iPhone.
